Wasabi 360 Phat

Всем привет.
Столкнулся с проблемой на wasabi 360 phat. Васаби  в режим эмуляции  не показывает диск  с со смешанным содержимым. Соответственно не видно исошек на нем. Есть ли какое-нибудь решение такой проблемы?

chuma, форматировать диск, проверить настройки васаби, прошить последней прошивкой

VieS, форматировал, пробовал разые диски и боксы, разные шлейфы, шил и 1.1 и 1.2 и 1.3 beta. Кстати прошивается васаби нормально (моргает как надо синими и потом горит зеленым), то есть с диск все так что то читает.

If you already tested these step:

1: Your wasabi have been test in pass trough mode (If something is wrong then verify your installation before going any further.)

2: Test with another ENCLOSURE and HDD. (make sure your hdd is properly set see note: bellow)

4A: (Only for drive compatible with extraction key feature.) Ensure that your drive properly extracted the key and this last have been verified. Use the *FAQ* in our PDF userguide to know how to display the software/hardware reversion and key extracted.

4B: Ensure that your unique key.bin have been properly extracted and your wasabi.xml have been properly set with option "alwaysUseKeyBin" set to "1". (NOTE: You cannot use key.bin from any other drive, XBOX360 motherboard and DRIVE use a unique paired key for each console)

It's more advised to fully test your XBOX360 functionality before the installation procedure. If all these possibility have been verified then you may have a defective unit. Unfortunately the email support is limited to trouble shootings errors on hardware installation and software upgrade.

For any question in regard of defective units you must contact your reseller or distributor directly to get information on their return policy.

NOTE concerning HDD:

Make sure that your HDD is fully formated NTFS and there is no hidden partition that may cause issue. You can check this web site to find out how to remove hidden partition:

NOTE: Currently wasabi 360 only support HDDs with "512 bytes sector size". Our engineers working on a solution to fix it and soon as we have more information the web site will be updated.

Possibility of SLEEP MODE External HDD: ?

Power on your enclosure 5 to 10 seconds before the xbox 360 to make sure that your external hdd is not the problem some brand of enclosure may have a long delay to recover from sleep and this could be your problem actually. Try to power off/on your enclosure then shut down the xbox 360 and quickly power on again to see if this help to prevent the hdd to go directly in sleep mode.

Please make sure that your wasabi is updated to the lastest version and that you have all required files inside your external enclosure "X:\wasabi\"

You MUST use “safely remove hardware” on Windows (and manually un-mount the HDD on Linux) before disconnecting the HDD enclosure from the PC, because the operating systems use a write cache and if you do not safely remove the hardware then any changes you have made to the HDD (such as copying new files) may still be in the cache and thus not actually written to the HDD itself. Unfortunately this information is not yet included in the Wasabi user guide; we will be amending the user guide to include these instructions soon.

NOTE: Use Google and search for ABGX tool to make sure that your ISO pass the required check.

NOTE: Bigger HDD >2TB that use the GPT (Gui Partition Table) requires "firmware 1.2 BETA 1 or up" otherwise you wont be able to see your HDD. (* Currently any update firmware must be done on "2tb or less" HDD, otherwise the WASABI 360 may not be able to read your update file. *)

NOTE: External eSATA enclosure need to have his own power source from external power supply.

There are several error conditions that may occur while attempting to update the firmware and are indicated by the state of the LED’s under the buttons on the Wasabi 360 Ultra control panel, as follows:

Red + white flashing : a HDD could not be detected
Red + blue flashing : wasabi-update.bin could not be found on the HDD
Red flashing : wasabi-update.bin is corrupt. Please try copying again and make sure you “safely remove hardware”

If the problem persist please try to reformat your HDD and if you still have issue we suggest to try with another enclosure and hdd to make sure this one is not your problem actually.

If all your connections have been double check then in the last resort you can also verify that eSATA cable is properly connected inside WASABI housing (Slim version only).

** If you are using enclosure with multiple connection such USB2, ESATA or more. Please ensure that when you connect this enclosure to PC or WASABI only the needed cable are connected to the enclosure and all the rest unplug from this last. **

Our engineers working hard at job to detect and fix compatibility issue with specific hardware.

Unfortunately we don't have any list of compatible product concerning external HDD. Some brand of enclosure or hdd may not be fully compatible with our product. Some customers contacted us with similar problems and they finally fixed their issue by reformatting or replacing the enclosure and/or hdd.

Кто силен в английском - подчерпнет полезной инфы. Лично я грешу на спящий режим диска, но пока не проверял т.к. не времени.
